Nobody has ever given a full account of the next eleven minutes and there are only two people who could. What is known is what the downstairs neighbour heard, which was one voice and then no voice at all, and what the state of that room was afterwards, which was a window frame out of the wall and a bookcase in four pieces and a great deal of blood on the carpet, none of it hers.
